Our core mission is to protect and restore the Chesapeake Bay through education, awareness and donations generated by a wonderful weekend of music and community. 10% of all proceeds from ticket, food, beverage and merchandise sales will go to our Maryland-based non-profit organization partners that work tirelessly to protect the Chesapeake Bay and its watershed.

Part of the Baygrass philosophy is to help people learn about conservation and sustainability - in a way which combines entertainment and fun. You'll experience immersive education through workshops, information booths, Bay-focused art and photography, songs performed about protecting the Bay, and even having locally sourced food and beverages to "taste the Bay." So just by having fun you're helping the Bay. As we like to say: "Every Jam Saves the Bay." Our secondary mission is increasing mental Health awareness in our communities and connecting the public with important mental health and wellness resources. We believe "Every Jam Helps a Mind."
