The Art Association of Oswego, Inc is a not-for-profit, 501(c)(3).

The Art Association of Oswego, Inc. was founded in 1990 with the purpose of furthering art appreciation, art education, and cultural enrichment for the surrounding areas. The city of Oswego has graciously made available the former Fort Ontario Quartermaster's Building to be the Oswego Civic Arts Center. The Oswego Players, a community theater group have a 60 seat theater in the same building.
