Art’s Alive is a program governed by the South End Arts District (a 501(c)3 non-profit organization) and their board of directors, dedicated to increasing awareness & appreciation of Vermont visual artists.

Over twenty years ago, Art’s Alive was created by the Women’s Caucus for Art. The organization and festival evolved out of a series of open studios, group shows, and community art conferences that took place in the 1980s.
