The faculty and staff of Avery Middle School are dedicated to working with parents and the community to provide a safe place for our children to grow, acquire the necessary skills for a productive life and to develop a love of learning.

Our time, resources, and efforts are committed to accomplishing this mission by: establishing a safe and orderly environment; having a climate of high expectations for success for all students; recognizing differences in children's learning styles; providing strong instructional leadership; affording sufficient time for teaching and learning; monitoring student progress frequently; and promoting positive home-school relationships.
