Mission Statement

The staff at Big Sandy Independent School District accepts the responsibility of educating our students in this technology enriched, equally accessible and democratic society. We will meet this challenge by instilling the pride and self-esteem in our students that will motivate them to reach higher and strive harder in the classroom and in society. We will expose them to the tools, resources and materials necessary to allow them to become successful. At Big Sandy Independent School District, our students will learn to set goals....not limits for themselves in the classroom and in life.
