Bohemia Society of the Arts and Sciences (BSAS) is a not-for-profit, non-political and cultural organization helping communities develop and solidify their own cultural identity and bring those with personal and/or professional interests in the arts and sciences together. BSAS recognizes the need for people with personal interests in the arts and sciences to come together, collaborate and meet with those actively working in their various fields and, therefore, creating both an educational experience and networking opportunities at multiple levels. Bohemia Society of the Arts and Sciences has two primary goals as an organization: (1) to bring a message to the community that provides a more concise definition of what is needed to enhance cultural identity as a society, and (2) to continuously support artists and scientists aspiring to succeed in, or actively working in, their fields. By fostering these interests, an environment will be created in which professionals actively working in the arts and sciences can come together, network and build commonality, share information and meet those who are interested in their specific fields.
