Mission Statement:

The purpose, or mission, of this organization is the promotion of fine art in Southern Nevada. The Guild will:

support continuing art education for members and non-members by providing access to quality instructors.

Encourage Southern Nevada artists to show and sell their work.

Provide an attractive environment in which artists can exhibit their work that has been placed for sale, and in which prospective buyers may browse and purchase said work.

Schedule one major show for members, non-members, and students for these purposes.

Provide annual scholarship(s) for high school and undergraduate students who are studying for a fine arts degree.

Support the Boulder City Adams Boulevard Community (ABC) Park Art Center including "mini-scholarships" for low income citizens seeking art classes.

Establish and maintain an art gallery in Boulder City for members, to be operated as a separate cooperative and for-profit entity.
