BusyBee Farm is part of the historic Whitmire Century Family Farm in the Cherryfield community of Transylvania County, NC. BusyBee Farm is owned and operated by Andy VonCanon and Brittany Whitmire, whose family has continually owned and worked the same land for over 100 years.
We understand the importance of eating locally-grown, natural, healthy foods, and we appreciate the opportunity and responsibility that we've been given to care for and protect our farmland, our livestock, and our agricultural heritage. We offer the following good food, from our farm to your table: All-Natural, Pasture Raised Beef and Chicken with no added hormones or antibiotics; Raw Honey Varietals of Wildflower, Sourwood, Tulip Poplar and Buckwheat; and Pesticide Free Sweet Corn.
