About Us:

Camp Fire USA Lower Columbia Council is a youth development organization that has been educating, supporting and nurturing children in Southwest Washington and Northwest Oregon since 1910.

Through informal education and outdoor recreational opportunities, youth are surrounded with affirming values and positive adult role models. Our goal is that youth will have positive, esteem building, learning experiences in a co-educational, diverse and inclusive environment.

Lower Columbia Council is dedicated to including natural resource conservation education in it's programs to increase stewardship in the communities we serve and to introducing outdoor recreational activities to youth as an alternative to negative behaviors such as bullying, substance abuse and violence.

Camp Singing Wind, owned and operated by Lower Columbia Council, is located two miles east of Toledo, Washington. 184 peaceful, private, wooded acres provide endless opportunities for youth to experience exciting activities, adventures, learning opportunities and respite from the stresses of today's fast-paced world.
