Many people in the Jackson area do not know that one of the finest shotgun sports ranges in the Mid-South area is located in Northern Hinds County. We would like the opportunity to introduce you to our facility. We are located about 1/2 mile North of the intersection of Billy Bell/Cynthia Road and County Line Road in Northern Hinds County, not far from Hwy. 49.

Capitol Gun Club is devoted to providing shotgun shooting sports programs for the Jackson Mississippi area. The Club has five combination skeet and trap fields, a five-stand (sporting clays) range.  Capitol Gun Club has been at its present location for over forty years. The Club provides open membership to those interested in shotgun sports. The Club sponsors Amateur Trapshooting Association and National Skeet Shooting Association events for competitive shooters from surrounding states. Our major competitive shoots are designed for around a hundred shooters.  Capitol is normally open to the public on Thursday, Saturday and Sunday afternoons except when competitive shooting events are taking place.
