Cardiology Associates, Inc. has offered high quality cardiac care in the Michiana community since 1971. Each of our cardiologists is board certified in Internal Medicine and Cardiology. We have two offices. Our main office is in South Bend near Memorial Hospital. We also have an office in LaPorte.

Our physicians and staff are dedicated to providing comprehensive care and heart healthy lifestyle programs to patients with cardiac conditions. Our cardiologists have special training and skill in finding, treating and preventing diseases of the heart and blood vessels. They are involved in the treatment of heart attacks, heart failure, and serious heart rhythm disturbances. Their expertise is required whenever decisions are made about procedures such as cardiac catheterization, balloon angioplasty, stent placement, heart surgery, ablations, and pacemaker and implantable cardiac defibrillator insertions.

Mission
To provide adult cardiology services to our patients and refering physicians in the communities we serve.
Vision
To be the premier patient-centered cardiology group in the communities we serve.
Values
Quality - In the care we render our patients, the services we provide to our refering physicians, and the institutions and communities in which we work.
Teamwork - Recognizing and utilizing the skills and talents of all our personnel for the benefit of our patients and others who use our services.
Integrity and Respect - In our work for others, as well as our work for each other.
Balance - Realizing the importance of family and community, as well as our work.
Office Hours and Policies
Our offices are open Monday through Friday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm. A cardiologist is on call for each office 24 hours a day, 7 days a week including holidays. If you need to reach a physician when the office is closed, call the office and our answering service will contact the physician on call.
Insurance Processing
As a courtesy to our patients, we file primary and secondary insurance with insurance carriers. Whenever your insurance changes or you are issued a new insurance card by your employer or insurance carrier, we need to update the information in our records. Please call us with the information and bring the card to your next appointment so we can make a copy of it. This will help minimize any delays in processing your claims.
