From our farm to your table - healthy and delicious meats from Cascade Creek Farm. We raise pastured hogs, grass fed beef and pastured broilers. Delivered monthly, this CSA offers a great variety of cuts along with recipes and a farm newsletter.

At Cascade Creek Farm, we are a small, diversified family farm. Our children participate with all our animals. Our animals and their lifestyle are very important to us. After all, just like us, they are what they eat and how they live.
Our farming practices are a combination of organic and biodynamic, going beyond organic certification standards. We believe in nurturing our land as well as our animals. We are proud to be stewards of our patch of earth and strive to improve it.
Teaming up with local farmers to grow pesticide/herbicide free and organic grains, we support local business and reduce fuel consumption.
All our animals enjoy healthy, hormone-free lives - they thrive in their natural environment when given proper space, clean water and good food.
"Pleased Piggies on Pasture" pretty much describes our hogs. They spend their days grazing on fresh pasture in large paddocks - able to root and roll to their hearts content. Our sows birth their piglets comfortably and naturally, without restrictive crates. They nurse their piglets longer, giving them extra strength and vigor. All that fresh air and exercise makes for delicious, lean pork.
You can have all this cut and wrapped to your specifications with organic sausage seasonings and cure - of course, seasonings and cure are nitrite/nitrate/msg free! Pork is available by the cut, half and whole hog on farm and at Winter Ridge in Sandpoint and Pilgrim's in CDA.
Our eggs are delicious and truly farm fresh. We feed certified organic feed and the hens have 50+ acres of transitional Organic ground on which to stretch their legs, chase bugs and eat greens. Their coops are moved frequently and the follow the hogs and cattle, cleaning up and spreading the fertilizer in a natural symbiosis.
Eggs are available through our subscription program. Pastured Broilers, Stewing Hens and Young Cockerels are available seasonally. You absolutely can't beat a soup or chicken pot pie made from our stewing hens - the flavor is beyond delicious!
Our Angus Cross Beef Cattle are a big part of our animal family. They happily roam the green pastures and fertilize the hay fields at the same time. All our cattle are grass-fed, making the meat healthy and tasty. You will enjoy the succulent flavor, knowing all the while of the great health benefits of grass-fed beef.
Beef is available by the cut, in packages, by the quarter. half and whole on farm.
