Church in the Word in Elgin, IL is excited to host the E5 Conference May 16-18, 2014. The E5 Conference is all about equipping the church. In Ephesians 4, Paul says that Jesus gave the church apostles, prophets, evangelists, pastors, & teachers to equip the saints "for the work of the ministry." The E5 Conference brings those gifts together for an intense and powerful weekend of equipping the church in Chicagoland. 

 
Evening sessions each night include guest speakers Pastor Tim DiLena from the Brooklyn Tabernacle; Greg Howse, apostle and senior leader of Cornerstone Christian Center; and Sam Dharam, leadership consultant and former YWAM director. Leading worship for the conference is Brandon Roberson, who recently released his new self-titled album. Saturday morning will feature smaller equipping sessions with practical instruction in the prophetic, evangelism, Bible study, and more.
