Dead Write Productions was founded in 2000 and is owned and operated by award-winning director, actor, playwright and composer Bruce G. Bradley.

We are a professional interactive theatre company, and all of our actors and entertainers have long histories of performing in every medium. Our troupe is flexible, multi-talented, and dedicated to giving you a positive and engaging performance. Our outstanding ability to adapt and improvise ensures that each event is unique and full of surprises!

Bruce’s resume covers over 35 years of entertaining and performing. He has acted and directed extensively on the stage in Europe and the United States, with credits ranging from dinner theatre in Arizona, to Off-Broadway in New York, to American Players Theatre in Wisconsin. He has been an educator in school systems in New York, Illinois, and Wisconsin, writing and presenting workshops and plays on a wide range of theatrical subjects and social issues.

Bruce has appeared in numerous films and television series, been an award-winning voice-over artist for radio and television commercials, narrated industrial videos for such clients as Disney’s Big Red Boat, and has been a frequent contributor to Wisconsin Public Radio.

He has written, produced, and directed dozens of original scripts, including all of the shows for Dead Write Productions, for which he also composes the music. Bruce has also edited numerous books about theatre and cinema, including best-selling biographies of Peter Sellers, Noel Coward, Laurence Olivier, and James Stewart.
