Deerfield Beach Elementary School is located in the Northeast corner of Broward County, Florida and is part of the Broward County School System. Our school's oldest building, now a historic landmark, opened in 1926. Our newest building, housing 22 classrooms opened in 2001.

Our student population consists of approximately 790 children in Kindergarten through 5th grade. We are an economically and culturally diverse school. Students come from all socioeconomic classes and represent many different nationalities and cultures.

Our school colors are pink and aqua. Our school mascot is the parrot.
Our theme for the year is "The Greatest School on Earth: Student Achievement...the main attraction."
