Our Mission

-To serve as the official governing body of the Democratic Party of Washoe County (DPWC) in cooperation with the Nevada State Democratic Party (NSDP) and the Democratic National Committee (DNC);

-To build the party organization at the local and county level, to register voters as Democrats, to encourage the fullest possible participation of all Democratic voters, and to turn out Democratic voters; and

-To help elect Democrats to local, state, and federal offices

-To promote development and increase visibility of the Democratic Party in the County;

-To advance the principles and positions of the Democratic Party.
