The West Orange Recreation Department follows a strict registration policy. In order to register for a Recreation Department program, the following documents must be presented:

-Registration/Waiver Form
-Child's Most Recent Report Card
-Child's Birth Certificate
-Parent's Driver's License with West Orange address

Failure to provide any of the required documents will result in a delay in registering for the program. Required documents are not kept on file and must be resubmitted at time of registration.
