Wachovia Partnership East allows students to complete their general education coursework at community colleges and transfer into the ECU bachelor’s degree program to complete their junior and senior years in elementary education, special education – general curriculum, or middle grades education. ECU coursework is delivered via online delivery, face to face instruction at the Nash Community College hub site, or blended delivery models.
