As single working parents, we find it difficult balancing work between our children and making new friends. This group has been created for parents who would like to meet other single parents, while also spending quality time with their children.  Although our group is kept private, we accept all single parents as members who have posted a picture of him/herself for safety reasons.

Family Activities for Single Parents has a plethora of activities for all age groups. Since we are mostly working parents, or activities are primarily offered on weekends. Events are listed by members to include all age groups. See below for a list of past meetups we planned in NJ, NY, and PA:

Family Activities for Single Parents can only be successful through active participation (attending events, checking the site, corresponding with members). That means that all members must suggest meetups which will automatically become meetups. We are all here to make new friends, spend time with our kids, and have fun! Once you become a member, you are automatically an organizer for this group. It is up to you to make it successful.
