History:

First Baptist Church, Chipley, was organized in 1887 with 19 charter members and has grown to a present membership of over 950.

You will find a hearty welcome and friendly atmosphere at First Baptist. We are an active, growing church; evangelistic in doctrine and practice. We promote world missions, while consistently supporting state and home missions, in cooperation with the Southern Baptist Convention.
