The Rocky Mount Christian Church, Disciples of Christ, is organized in a congregational form of government, just as the Church of Corinth or Antioch was in New Testament times. That is, our congregation is the final “human” authority for the actions and programs of the church. As with all Christian Church (Disciples of Christ) congregations, we voluntarily cooperate with some 3,000 other Disciple churches in the statewide, national and international spiritual and humanitarian work.
