We are a diverse community, rooted in faith, offering Christian hospitality, open to all, called to love as Christ loves, and to build justice and mercy through action.

Worship:

Each Sunday morning, our congregation has one worship service at 10 a.m.  Newcomers to our congregation are often surprised at the wide variety of musical styles that are part of our worship services, as well as other forms of creative expressions of our faith.  A service at FCC may include liturgical dance, weaving a prayer in a prayer loom, a sacred art display, and fearless conversation.  Scripture readings, prayers, singing, sharing joys and concerns, and sermons of hope, reconciliation and love are all a part of our worship experience.

Communion is observed the 1st of every month and at other special times of the church year.  The table is open to everyone.  Baptisms and New Member Sundays are scheduled with our Pastor throughout the year.  We welcome children to our worship services and invite them to come meet with our Pastor for our Children's Message each week.  Afterwards, the children leave with a great team of teachers for a time of Sunday School. They are brought back after worship to the Coffee Hour in the Parish Hall to reunite with their parents.  We also provide a Nursery for babies and toddlers.  One of our morning greeters will help you find the nursery location.
