Mission:
The Mission of the FBVA is to build and enhance the participants life skills by providing quality instruction and training to all youth in basketball and volleyball team sports on a not-for-profit basis. 
Self-confidence, ability, respect for others, team play and achievement of goals are the individual qualities FBVA strives to teach through team sport instruction and competition. 
All youth of appropriate age and maturity will be accepted to participate regardless of race, creed, sex, or religious affiliation.

About Us:

The Florida Basketball & Volleyball Association, Inc. (FBVA) is a 501(c)(3) not-for-profit corporation organized for the purpose of providing a safe, healthy environment where Central Florida youth can learn and grow through constructive participation in team sports. The Association is committed to providing positive opportunities for all youth, and attempts to be particularly sensitive to the needs of kids at risk. Each year, four seasons of youth basketball competition is organized and coordinated under the direction of the league Board that is run by approximately sixteen volunteer members. Every season, FBVA has experienced increased enrollment in its basketball programs. Each season, the FBVA has over 2,200 players registered and over 220 teams throughout Central Florida.

FBVA Orlando is the original and largest of the FBVA area opreations. Although FBVA officially started in January of 1993 as an "after-school" basketball academy provideing skills development 5 days a week year-round recreational and competitive basketball and volleyball for boys and girls ages 5 to 18.

FBVA volleyball instructors know how to keep it fun while teaching volleyball. Whether your child is a beginner on net "B" wanting to learn the fundamentals to make the school team, or an advanced and experienced volleyball competitor training on the "A" net, this is where great teaching works with great organization to teach and improve students how to play volleyball. Time to sign up and get into the fun learning to play volleyball on Monday nights at Conway Middle School. The FBVA Volleyball program is the best in the Central Florida area. It's all about serves, digs, sets, spikes, and blocks.
