The Grosse Ile Youth Recreation Association, which is a 501(c)3 non profit charity, has started its annual fundraising drive this month. Our organization has been active within our community for the past 37 years. Currently we offer Baseball, Basketball and Football programs with over 650 children from 3rd through 7th grade participating. We also award three college scholarships at the high school level for athletes that go above and beyond their duties as youth leaders in our community.

Our motto is “We are where Grosse Ile Sports Begin”. Your contribution which is tax deductible, helps provide the necessary support for the three sports that we currently offer.

Naturally, you can recognize that your donation of funds improves the lives of our youth as well as others in the area. In turn we will acknowledge your corporate donation at our annual meeting and at public events that we hold within our community. Unlike most other charitable organizations we do not ask for any fixed donation amounts since we believe that any amount of support helps us reach our goals.
