Welcome people wherever they are in their faith walk, and challenge each to experience the joy of serving in ministry for their own growth and for the benefit of God’s kingdom, as they continually grow as a more fully committed disciple, and extend the work of the kingdom globally.

Provide multiple opportunities in worship, education, stewardship, fellowship, service, community and leadership development for those actively involved that they may continue to grow in faith, ministry, and servanthood.

Sensitively seek to make those not yet actively engaged more aware of the value of community and of spiritual growth and activity in ministry, and will welcome, accept, challenge, and support them in growing closer to Christ and more actively involved in His ministry.
