About Us:

Harvest Church DeForest is affiliated with the Assemblies of God. We are a Pentecostal fellowship that believes in the active ministry of the Holy Spirit in our daily lives.

The four primary aspects of our fellowship are: preaching, praise, prayer, and prophecy:

Preaching – Pastor Jerry Grimshaw delivers timely and relevant messages that challenge believers to live their lives in such a manner as to bring glory to the Lord Jesus Christ and serve as an example to both believers and non-believers alike.

Praise – Our worship services are filled with dynamic praise and worship. We are committed to lifting Jesus up and to ushering the body into the presence of the Lord.

Prayer-Every Sunday morning at 9:00, we start the day with prayer. We believe that if the Lord’s work is to prosper, then it must be covered in prayer. Prayer is the engine that drives every ministry here at HCC.

Prophecy – We believe that the Holy Spirit still speaks to us today through the variety of giftings that He gives to the Body of Christ. We are open to the gift of prophecy being manifest when we gather together.
