ICARE is a non-profit faith based organization that partners with community stakeholders and volunteers to be instruments of compassion and change in the lives of all those affected by low-income and emotional challenges,whereby enhancing the quality of life which will lead to a healthy interdependent lifestyle.  ICARE offers mentorship, educational training programs, empowerment workshops, community referrals, family development skills, character development and self-esteem workshops.
