The Jefferson County Clerk's Office Election Center is looking for citizens to train as Election Officers.  The Election Officers are responsible for the operation of every polling location in Jefferson County.  The qualified and dedicated Election Officers are essential to every registered voter's ability to exercise the right to vote.  This position is a great opportunity for those wanting a short term commitment.  We only require that you participate in a 2 ½ hour training session and work all day Election Day! You will be compensated for your time.  Show your civic pride!
