We operate a family farm that has been in our family since 1850. We raise and sell grass fed beef, grass fed lamb, free range eggs, pastured poultry, and CSA shares. In all the farming we do we believe and prosper in an atmosphere of environmental integrity. When farming is sustainable, environmental health, economic viability, and social equity are integrated so that stewardship of both human and natural resources is in balance. By practicing sustainable agriculture methods, we are ensuring that future generations will find natural resources intact. We are very deliberate in our efforts to stay connected to the land in the most natural ways possible. Whether you partake of our goods or another local farmer, you are sending a message. You have chosen food with superior taste and decreased transportation costs and you have decreased the time from the field to your table.

The full share size is based on supplying enough produce for a family of 4 who eat a mixed diet or 1-2 vegetarians. Half shares are available, however, we encourage our subscribers to split a full share with a friend, neighbor or relative.The season runs for 19 weeks starting the middle of May through the first week in October. Some weeks produce amounts will be slightly less than others due to what can be harvested at the time. For example mid-summer deliveries will contain more produce and variation than early spring. The produce will be prepackaged for convenient, quick pickup. Other arrangements for delivery are available- ask for more details.
