Jubilee Church is...

- A house of prayer for all nations.
- A house of healing for all families.
- A body of believers yielding to His coming.
- Standing in His authority.
- Doing all for the glory of God.

Jubilee Church is a body of believers on a journey of discovery-firmly grounded in our faith in Jesus Christ, the Word of God, and the power of His Holy Spirit. Yet, we are constantly being transformed, daily rediscovering Him, and ourselves in light of His purposes, callings and anointings in our lives.

By way of history-Jubilee Church first met together in 1984 at Marianne's Italian Villa Restaurant with about thirty people. After a year of meeting in the restaurant, we leased space in the community room of a bank in the Santa Rosa Shopping Center, sharing it with a Baptist church. Then, three years later, in September 1988, we moved to our current location.

Pastor Steve Dittmar was saved on October 9, 1976, and a few months later met Cammy. They served in youth ministry in Thousand Oaks, Ventura, and Ketchum, Idaho. Pastor Steve and Cammy were married in 1981 and Steve went to serve as assistant pastor at Grace Chapel Foursquare Church in Moorpark, California. Together, he and Cammy ministered to the youth and in worship, and began their family. When they began Jubilee in 1984, they had two children (they now have five) and a far-reaching vision for ministry.

Because Pastor Steve is a man of intense, persistent prayer, the four-fold vision included establishing Jubilee as a "house of prayer for all nations." Upon this firm foundation, it was also to be a "family church," a "new wineskin," and a place to "facilitate ministry." This vision has matured along with the church, been refined and clarified, but it has not changed. Prayer is still a continuing mandate, and feeds life into every aspect of ministry.
