The township has a population of roughly 6,973 and the road crew is responsible for 96 miles of roads. The township covers 91.8 square miles in Westmoreland County and includes zip codes 15658, 15677 and 15655. Our reservoir is located at the base of the mountain above Waterford. The township has it's own police force under the command of Chief Michael Matrunics.
