We, at Lincoln-West High School, are committed to educating students of all backgrounds, socioeconomic levels, race, genders, and abilities. We recognize that each student is a unique individual with differing abilities, talents, and needs. The function of education at Lincoln-West High School is to provide experiences that will guide, direct, and assist the student toward his or her individual potential/fulfillment. We recognize this as an objective wherein the goals of educating our students to excel academically, vocationally, and/or occupationally are realized through their participation at Lincoln-West High School. Thus, it is the ultimate objective of Lincoln-West High School to motivate and instruct students, helping them to realize the importance of education as a life-long, self perpetuating process.
