Little Angels, a 57 bed skilled care home remains owned and operated by the Wasmond family. In the 1970s, Pat's daughter Shelley became involved in the facility on a full-time basis and took over as Executive Director in 1979. Shelley, an RN, worked at Little Angels most of her life in one capacity or another, as did her ten brothers and sisters. This background gave her a unique perspective on all aspects of delivering quality care. Under Shelley's guidance, Little Angels strives to deliver the finest services possible-from administrative duties to resident care to housekeeping and laundry.

In 1963, the parents and families of Little Angels banded together and formed the

Little Angels Parents Association for Retarded Citizens. The Board of Directors of the Little Angels Parents ARC is comprised primarily of parents and guardians. Membership is open to all family members and legal guardians. The purpose of this group is to support one another and raise funds for Little Angels. This group is a not-for-profit, 501 (c) (3) organization.
