Marching Elite Association is a non-profit 501 (c) (3) organization, whose mission is to heighten and nurture the self-esteem, self-control, and self-discipline of our community's able and disabled youth. Goal is to develop and promote the talents of these youngsters in a military style training and performing environment through the medium of dismounted drill. Committed in  providing a positive alternative to alcohol, drugs, and destructive behavior.  This organization is the sponsoring agent of the Marching Elite Drill Team of Hampton, VA.
