The Moravia-Locke Chamber of Commerce shall preserve, promote, and foster the free enterprise system by encouraging public opinion on local, county, state and national affairs; create awareness of the value of investment in Southern Cayuga County's growth and advancement, and strive to enhance the quality of life for those who live, work and play in the area.
