Oasis has been serving the Los Angeles community since 1984. We are non-denominational and known for our social justice work, relevant teaching, creativity and welcoming environment. Philip and Holly Wagner are the lead and founding pastors of Oasis. What started as a small Bible study in Beverly Hills has turned into a growing church of 3000.

FOUNDING & SENIOR PASTORS

Philip & Holly Wagner are the founding & senior pastors of Oasis Church. They started in 1984 with a vision to see the people of Los Angeles encounter the love and grace of God. Their dream has always been to lead a church that was like an oasis in a dry place – full of grace, love, faith, hope and generosity. The first Oasis meeting was in a Beverly Hills home with a group of 10 people, and has now grown into a life-giving community of over 3500 people!

Philip has an engaging teaching style, that mixes humor, inspiration and personal stories that challenge people from all walks of life in their personal faith and reaching the dreams God has for their life. He is the author Unlock Your Dream, the latest of his three books.

He is passionate about impacting the impoverished in Los Angeles and around the world. He is the founder and current CEO of Generosity.org. In 2007 he started Generosity Water, a humanitarian effort, that over a seven-year period of leadership with his son Jordan, became Generosity.org. It has now funded over 780 water wells in 20 developing countries, serving more than 450,000 people with clean water.

Holly loves to enjoy life and laugh often! She’s a pastor, teacher, cancer survivor, and has authored several books. She is passionate about seeing women become all that God has designed them to be and this inspired her to start GodChicks and She Rises Conference, which is an annual gathering of thousands of women held in Los Angeles.

Philip & Holly have been married since 1985 and have two adult children Jordan and Paris and live in Los Angeles with their dogs Kiya and Mia!
