Kyle - Plum Creek Golf Course

750 Kohlers Crossing
512-262-5555

Plum Creek is a Par 71, 18 Hole Championship Golf Course cut from the natural beauty of Texas live oaks, limestone, rolling hills, and Texas wildflowers. The Course Layout spreads out on more than 200 acres of land and takes full advantage of the natural surroundings. Designed so that no two fairways touch, Plum Creek creates a unique sense of playing alone. At just over 7100 yards, even the best golfers are in for a challenging test of golf, while others have 4 additional sets of tees to choose from. Every golfer will certainly face a challenge right for their game and level of ability.

Located just 1 mile off I-35, Plum Creek is located in the pleasant town of Kyle, TX, only 10 minutes north of San Marcos and 15 minutes south of downtown Austin. Now owned & operated by Foresight Golf, over 1 million dollars was invested to create a state-of-the-art practice facility, convert the 10th hole into an outstanding Par 3, increase irrigation systems, add Turfgrass to improve several fairway corridors, and construct 18 new tee-boxes to improve play-ability and versatility with five sets of tees for each hole. The end result is spectacular and the course has received several accolades!

I had not been out here in over a year, it has changed. Now it is a course surrounded by residences so the country feel is gone. Greens were not grown in yet from the winter. They changed some holes so it is easier now. Distances given are often incorrect now, a lot needs to be updated to match the changes. Fantastic practice facility to work on chipping and putting, best I've seen.

Liked it. Just airated the fairways. Greens were fast and I wish they were in a little better shape. Over all it was better than working for sure.

Nice course with consistent, fast greens. Decent club house and pro shop with reasonable prices. Only complaint is range balls should be included with a round, otherwise it is an enjoyable course and would definitely play again.

Always in great condition. The course can play windy at times, but hey...it's Texas. Decent snack bar at the clubhouse. Spacious bathroom facilities if you need to change clothes. Plenty of parking and there's an HEB & Starbucks nearby if you need to pick up some coffee or snacks on the way in.
