The Plumas Advocates for Access Coalition (PAAC) advocates for enhanced access for mobility, hearing, and sight impaired persons in Plumas County. Specifically, the Coalition uses its power and influence to insure that Plumas County and Plumas business comply with State and Federal access codes and regulations.
