A free self-help mental health support group, (Recovery International) meets every Wednesdays from 7:30 pm to 9:00pm. at the Presbyterian Church of Toms River, 1070 Hooper Avenue at the corner of Chestnut and Hooper. Recovery offers understanding and support for those who suffer fro stress, tension, anxiety, panic attacks, depression, Compulsions and so on.
