See literacy as imperative for success in life and will significantly impact student learning in all content areas. We are all literacy teachers.

Continue to foster consistent high quality instruction that differentiates the needs of all our students so they reach their potential.

Provide a climate that is safe and supportive for all members of the community. An environment will be created where staff, parents and community members are respectful, caring, responsible and supportive of all.

Provide a supportive network for all of our school and curriculum initiatives. Our focus is on student learning and the quality of instruction that will be guided by our constant evaluation of suitable assessments.

Foster and support a lifelong learning process for all members of the community. This lifelong learning is supportive of student achievement when modeled by the adults in our school.

• Respond to the differing learning styles of all our students so that we ensure that students maintain a high level of motivation and meaningful time on learning to bring the performance level of all students to the standards.
