Mission Statement:
We at Riggins Elementary School will provide a safe learning enviroment, well disciplined school and a cooperative atmosphere where parent ,child,teacher interactions will foster basic values in responsible citizenship and encourage positive workforce skills and a love for life-long learning for students.

The Basic curriculum will challenge all students according to need and ability by using current technology , traditional,innovative and proven methods of instruction.

An Emphasis will be placed on literacy, communication skills, and success in meeting state standards through effective assessments.
