The Mission of Ridley Park United Methodist Church is to first equip the congregation to share the blessing of God with others. Then to move them beyond the walls of the building to the families of the Ridley School District with elementary and younger children.

Our Mission is to reach out with the free gift of God's grace to a community of diverse economic, educational and employment backgrounds. This community has an ever reaching need for hope, a sense of belonging and a recognition that God is missing from their lives. Many in the community find it difficult to participate in a regular worship experience because of family, work and recreational obligations. Many others don't participate because they've never been invited to come.

With the economic uncertainties of the region there are many who have a need for a safe place for their children and who need help with the basic needs of life (food, housing, clothing). Out mission is to help with these basic needs and share the Gospel of Jesus Christ.
