Our History

During the mid-1980’s, the Lord moved on the heart of a pastor in Sacramento, Roger Martin, to come to the East bay of San Francisco and start a church in the San Ramon Valley.  Today our families live everywhere from Danville and San Ramon, to Concord, Dublin, Lafayette, Walnut Creek, Alamo, Martinez and Pleasanton—among other places!  Our valley has a population of well over 200,000 people, but at most 10% attend a church of any kind.  Rolling Hills Community Church ministries reach out to “all ages and all stages."

We love God, love people and want to serve those inside and outside our body.  Each of us is in the process of discovering our spiritual gifts and how we can put them into His service.  The church is not a building, but people in whom God’s Spirit dwells; people who have been called to be a part of God’s great family; people who love, care for, share with, serve one another and worship God with joyful and thankful hearts.  We invite you to come join with us at 1565 Green Valley Road in Danville, California.
