Our mission statement provides a picture of life in our school: Russell Elementary School is a community of learners dedicated to creating a safe, nurturing, stimulating environment, which challenges and empowers all students to become active, lifelong learners, each of whom strives to reach his/her maximum potential. Each child's efforts, creativity, strengths, and accomplishments are celebrated in this secure environment where staff, children, and parents work cooperatively to promote academic excellence and responsible social interaction.
