S.A.L.T. is the working engine for TRIAD.  It  is a combination of law enforcement, community services and seniors working together to reduce the victimization of seniors through programs dealing with ID theft, Fraud, Fire Prevention, Emergency Management,etc...many of which are led and taught in this area by employees of Fairfax County and the Commonwealth of Virginia as well as Federal employees.The SALT Council reaches out to seniors in Reston and Herndon to get them involved so that their proactivity will keep them from becoming victims of crime.
