Our new favorite park, sorry Disney World! My son is autistic and we travel with a wheelchair. We had to get a letter from his doctor that he has an ADA disability, they asked us a couple of questions about his sensitivities, he does deal with sensory issues and they give you a sheet of paper to tell each ride operator what you need. We're members so the letter is in our account no need to bring one each visit! We were treated so kindly by every employee, no one was upset about dealing with a wheelchair or sensory needs. They kindly asked about turning down sound, turning on lights in dark rides, slowing down the safari truck if the bumps were too much.. They go above and beyond making your trip fairly stress free and amazing! We're upgrading our membership and telling everyone we know to go!
