Studio Barre Bird Rock is hosting their Strength Defined Month to recognize the plight of all people impacted by breast cancer. 

On October 22nd, at 9:15 a.m., come join Studio Barre Bird Rock for a one-hour, donation-based barre class taught by talented instructor, Merideth Weber. There will be great music, healthy snacks and a whole lot of pink! At the end of the class, breast-health resources and tools will be given to all those who join in on the fun.

When Studio Barre's founder, Shannon Higgins, created the company's tagline "Strength. Defined," she never imagined the message would take on new meaning after a diagnosis of breast cancer just one year after forming the coveted brand known for its warm staff, stellar fitness results and sassy style. Now cancer free, Higgins has been humbled by the community of Studio Barre franchise owners and clients in six states across the U.S. who have continued to step-up and take action.
