Washington Harbor District Alliance is an organization comprised of community leaders and volunteers whose mission is to serve as a clearinghouse for information about the assets of downtown; educating businesses, property owners, potential investors, and the general public about opportunities and conditions in the downtown area; maintaining and preserving downtown's historic character and integrity; promoting downtown as a place to live, shop, work, and be entertained, all within the framework of the "National Main Street Four Point Approach."
