The Gainesville Fine Arts Association will be producing the 6th Annual Winter Fine Art Fair @ Tioga.  It began in 2007, which was leap year.  It also was Tioga’s first year of business.  Together we enjoyed having our 1st art fair in such a lovely setting.Show director Helen Rucarean and committee are busy organizing the 6th art fair in Tioga.  For Rucarean it is her 8th art fair.  Most of the committee has been with her for all 8 years.
