About Us
Youth Crossroads is a non-profit, licensed child welfare organization that serves the Berwyn, Cicero, Forest View, Lyons and Stickney communities.
Founded in 1971, Youth Crossroads, Inc. (YC) has assisted thousands of young people and their families from the near-west suburban Chicago area through individual and group counseling, 24-hour/365 days emergency response services, delinquency prevention and after-school programs, youth mentoring, and leadership development programs.
Our agency works closely with local police departments, school districts and other social service providers to help youth move towards maturity in today's challenging environment.
All of our services are provided at no cost to youth and their families and are offered in English and Spanish.
Youth Crossroads, Inc. is funded and supported by local, state and federal agencies, as well as corporate grants, civic group and individual contributions.
